Thank you to Stephen Surrey and his team at the Haven Motor Comapny. On my first visit to the garage I was given really helpful advice that the work enquiring about was covered by the warranty. That advice alone saved me a great deal of money.

I subsequently switched from having all work done on my car at the main 'Mini' dealership in Crawley to Haven Motor Company. I am more than happy to recommend Haven Motors as they have supplied me with all my family cars for longer than I care to remember. Over the past years I have had a Toyota Colorado, Range Rover Sport, Mitsubishi Shogun and now an Audi. My wife, Adel, had a Peugeot 307 and now enjoys her new VW Golf. I was introduced to Haven Motors back in 2001 when my sister bought a BMW from Haven she was so impressed with the service, when I decided to change my car the first place I looked was havens website. I found the very thing I needed a beautiful white golf that suits all my needs as much of my driving is done in and around London, great fuel consumption and easy to park. I would like to thank Stephen Surrey of Haven Motors for his immediate help – once again – with my daughter’s KA recently. She arrived home in a panic, with the car steaming from the engine due to a broken pipe leading to the radiator. I handed her Stephen’s card and advised her to call him. He gave her immediate advice, calmed her down and reassured her that the problem could be dealt with. She was even given a very smart courtesy car so that she could still get to work and the problem has been rectified.
